Charter Organization Representative
Rick has served as Den Leader, Cub Master and now Chartered Organization Representative for Cub Scout Pack 1191. His steady guidance and years of experience help bring continuity to our Pack.
Josh Hodges
Cubmaster
Josh began his Scouting journey with his son in 2022 and now serves as Cubmaster of Pack 1191. He loves the outdoors and has a passion for building things—whether it’s software, strong teams, or a thriving Cub Scout pack. He enjoys bringing Scouting to life for every child in the pack and finds it especially rewarding to watch them develop new skills, build confidence, and grow through the program.
Assistant Cubmaster

Help bring our pack meetings and activities to life! The Assistant Cubmaster supports the Cubmaster, helps lead games and ceremonies, and steps in when additional leadership is needed. This is a fun, hands-on role for someone who enjoys encouraging Scouts and helping families feel welcome.
LeaAnn Dye
Committee Chair
Lea Ann is the heart of the Pack, bringing support to committee meetings & where ever else we need a hand, especially our AOL Arrows! You will often find her leading the food service at Blue & Gold and she is always ready to help with uniform patches.
Secretary
Help keep Pack 1191 organized and families informed! The Pack Secretary takes meeting notes, helps maintain records, and supports communication about upcoming activities and important decisions. If you are dependable and comfortable keeping track of details, this is a great way to help behind the scenes.
Outdoor Chair
Help our Scouts get outside and explore! The Outdoor Chair works with pack leaders to plan hikes, campouts, and other outdoor adventures while helping families know what to expect and bring. You do not need to be an outdoor expert—just someone willing to help create safe, fun experiences.
Kelli Hodges
Advancement Chair
Kelli began her scouting journey in 2023 with her youngest son. While she originally was leaving the participation up to her husband, Josh, she appreciates the values of Scouting and stepped up to help ensure all Adventures are counted!

Fundraising Chair

Help make Scouting affordable and our adventures possible! The Fundraising Chair coordinates activities such as popcorn sales and restaurant nights, communicates important information to families, and helps Scouts work toward their goals. You do not need fundraising experience—just a willingness to organize, encourage, and share ideas.
Social Media Chair

Help tell the story of Pack 1191! The Social Media Chair creates and schedules posts about upcoming events, shares highlights from pack activities, and helps our community see the fun and value of Cub Scouting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking pictures, writing short posts, or using Facebook and other social media.
Recruitment Chair/ New Member Coordinator
Position Currently VACANT!
Help Pack 1191 grow while making every new family feel welcome! This coordinator promotes Cub Scouting in our community, organizes recruitment events, responds to interested families, and guides new members through registration and their first pack activities. A friendly, encouraging person can make joining our pack feel simple, comfortable, and exciting.
