Rick has served as Den Leader, Cub Master and now Chartered Organization Representative for Cub Scout Pack 1191. His steady guidance and years of experience help bring continuity to our Pack.
Elaina Johnson
Cubmaster
Elaina believes in the Scouting values, building on to the pack's strong traditions & creating a fun, memorable experience for all the Scouts. She is an archery instructor at Cub Scout Day Camp, and likes playing games, and singing camp songs. When not volunteering, she loves spending time with her husband David, four children, golden retriever Galaxy, and bearded dragon Iris going on adventures.

Sarah Bailey
Secretary
Sarah is new to Scouting as of 2024. She is a teacher and brings her love of learning to scouting. She is always ready to provide a helping hand and her art skills are very helpful!
Jon Bailey
Outdoor Chair
Jon is bringing his love of the outdoors to his kids & ours through his role as Outdoor Chair. We look forward to the new adventures he helps take our Pack on!
Kelli Hodges
Advancement Chair
Kelli began her scouting journey in 2023 with her youngest son. While she originally was leaving the participation up to her husband, Josh, she appreciates the values of Scouting and stepped up to help ensure all Adventures are counted!
LeaAnn Dye
Treasurer
Lea Ann is the heart of the Pack, bringing support to committee meetings & where ever else we need a hand, especially our AOL Arrows! You will often find her leading the food service at Blue & Gold and she is always ready to help with uniform patches.
Fundraising Chair

We need an Fundraising Chair to help coordinate Restaurant nights, Community Donations or other events to help keep our operating costs low.
Social Media Chair

We need Support running our Facebook Page to help the community know what an AWESOME program we have! Even better if that person helps to make sure we actually get PICTURES of our kids on their many ADVENTURES.
Recruitment Chair

Our leaders above are very busy planning the fun year of Scouting for our Pack. We start our planning in the Spring for the following Fall. Through out planning and running the events we find time is short to coordinate and make it to public events that help us get the word out about our Pack.
